This afternoon gathering is an invitation into that remembering.

🔥 Fire Ceremony — Release • Reclaim • Renew

We will gather around the fire — an ancient and sacred symbol of transformation.

Together we will:

• Release all that is heavy and old
• Reclaim parts of ourselves that have felt hidden or forgotten
• Renew our commitment to living with authenticity and light

The fire becomes witness.
The forest becomes container.

🥁 Guided Expressive Release & Drumming Circle

Expression is medicine.

Through shared rhythm and sound, we allow the body to move what words sometimes cannot.

Drumming connects us to:

• Our heartbeat
• Our ancestral memory
• Our collective rhythm
• The child within who longs to be seen and heard

🌲 Forest Bathing & Sacred Nature Connection

We will spend time immersed in the living intelligence of the woods.

Forest bathing allows the nervous system to soften.
It restores clarity.
It reawakens curiosity and wonder.

Children naturally understand this. Adults remember.

A Family-Friendly Sacred Space

This is a welcoming and inclusive event.

Families, individuals, and children are all invited to participate in a way that feels comfortable and natural.

There is space for:

• Playfulness
• Reflection
• Stillness
• Movement
• Discovery

No prior experience is needed.

Only openness.

Feel free to bring your own Drum or Rattle.

This is a friendly, grounded gathering and opportunity to come together, share a wonderful experience, and enjoy something a little different.

Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, Drumming Circle and Pyramid Meditation

An Evening of Egyptian Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, Drumming Circle followed by a Pyramid Meditation.

Saturday Jan 17th. 6.30PM €25

You’re warmly invited into my Galtee Cottage and Holistic Lodge in the Galtee Mountains. Co. Tipperary and to an evening inspired by the gentle wisdom of ancient Egypt, held as a relaxed and welcoming shared experience. Eircode provided upon booking confirmation.

We’ll begin by enjoying Egyptian Blue Lotus tea together — a beautiful way to slow down, settle in, and arrive fully. This is a calm, open space to connect, unwind, and ease into the evening.

From there, we’ll move into a shared drumming circle, letting rhythm bring us into the body and into connection with one another. No experience is needed — just an openness to listen, feel, and enjoy the moment.

We’ll finish with a gentle Egyptian-inspired meditation, offering time for stillness, reflection, and integration before we close the evening together.
